regulations
- The only ones areas available for smoking are: Kiosk, terrace of the games room and in the place and time of the campfire. Any other location is strictly prohibited.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages during the event is strictly prohibited, without prior authorization from the person/company hiring the Camp Santa Ursula services, and if authorized, they can only be consumed after the activities organized/directed by the camp (Campfire, dinner, awards), making it clear that the contracting person/company will be solely responsible for the supervision, control and development of the activity involving alcohol, as well as for the behavior and physical and emotional security of each of the participants, guests, and/or personnel assigned by the same contractor (trainers, photographers, waiters, etc.).
- The meal times will be strictly those published in the program of activities and should not be modified, outside those times you can choose the coffee break service.
- In activities that require it and/or are indicated by the camp staff, the use of safety equipment will be mandatory (helmet, knee pads, harness, life vest, gloves, etc.) otherwise the participant will be immediately excluded from the activity.
- Only the installation of the scheduled activity can be used and not other areas. You cannot use any area that is not supervised or operated by a staff member.
- In the activities that are required, the participant must always remain with their equipment and instructor, and if they have the need to temporarily separate themselves from the equipment, they must immediately notify the instructor.
- The minimum age for carrying out the activities is 6 years old, children under 6 years old must remain with their parents. (Consult the regulations for each activity for exceptions).
- The entry of transport vehicles, such as buses, vans, taxis, ubers and transport with escorts or drivers, are only allowed access to the area marked for the ascent and descent of people, this area will be indicated to drivers by our security personnel. If these vehicles are indicated to wait for their passengers, they must remain outside the camp until they are authorized to enter. ANYONE WHO IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE PROGRAM (e.g. drivers, escorts, support personnel) IS NOT ALLOWED TO STAY INSIDE THE CAMP.
- The camp is not responsible for possible damage to vehicles that remain in our facilities.
- Pets are not allowed to enter except for support animals for people with different abilities.
- As part of our philosophy, it is essential to always address other participants, staff, staff, etc., with respect and appropriate language.
- Any type of violence (physical, verbal, psychological, bullying, etc.), as well as inappropriate behavior and/or jokes or games that jeopardize the physical and/or emotional safety of another person, is prohibited. If a participant's behavior is negative enough to jeopardize their own or another person's safety, that participant will have to leave the camp immediately.
- Damage or damage to the facilities, animals, equipment and things owned by the camp or a third party, and which, in the opinion of the directors, have been done in bad faith by a participant, must be immediately covered by the parents or contracting company.
- The above points encompass the general regulations, however, the participant must follow the instructions, restrictions and individual regulations of each activity, which will be announced to him at the camp. (Observe caution and CRIC signs at each facility/activity.)
ADDITIONAL
- The schedule of activities will be from 10 am to 10 pm, depending on the published role of activities. The pools usually open at 1:15pm.
- Office hours and information are from 9 am to 8 pm and are provided in the office.
- Campfires can only be handled by camping personnel and only in the teepee area or rabbit island, or other area designated by camp staff.
- The only place intended for camping is on the esplanade of the orchard or the forest.
- The camp itself, and all the members of its team will always be aware of the preservation and care of flora and fauna, as well as natural resources, so each participant will have the obligation to be careful in this matter. (Do not remove flowers, stones, plants, animals, among others, from the place where the activities are carried out, do not feed the animals unless you are told, do not waste water, turn off lights that are not occupied). There are laws that protect both natural and cultural heritage, and any intervention, alteration or extraction of such heritage is punishable by applicable legal provisions.
- The safety equipment and equipment used in ropes and diving activities are continuously maintained and renewed, recorded in logs.
The sole purpose of these regulations is to promote healthy coexistence among the participants, any fault, or in the case something not written, will be considered by the management and will result from a wake-up call to the immediate removal of the participant from the camp facilities by the father, mother or guardian. For this reason, the registration does not have to be returned in whole or in part.
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
- When you arrive at your bedroom, locate and immediately read the information “Evacuation Plan”. If an evacuation is necessary, the meeting points for this purpose are: Podium, soccer field 1, soccer court 2 and field in front of the observatory.
- We ask you to please turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving your bedroom, and close the mosquito net doors tightly; helping to preserve the environment, towels are not washed daily, if you need your towel to be changed, please hand it over to the toilet staff; Under the washbasins you will find bags for wet clothes.
- Please read all the signs located in the camp (Signage) they will be a great help for your safety. PLEASE RESPECT CLOSED PLACES OR PLACES WITH LIMITED ACCESS TO AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL (HEIGHT GAMES, PLACES WITH WATER, PENS, FENCES, RAILINGS, STAIRS, ELECTRICAL PANELS, ETC.) If any activity related to “restricted facilities” is included in your program, always wait for instructions from the instructional staff.
- During the Activities, pay attention at all times to the instructions given by the instructor.
- The use of the Infirmary is for the duration of the event, day and night it is important to locate it when you arrive at the camp.
- Locate fire extinguishers and emergency exits (wooden windows in bedrooms and behind the cinema).
